The thing I love the most about Anja is her body she has a great body for high fashion because she is so tall and lean. I also love the way she transforms in her pictures, she looks completely different in most pictures I see of her.

The first time I took notice of Anja was when I saw the May 2009 issue of Numéro. The pictures were so raw and so simple and she looks beautiful in them. I can’t even say much about these pictures I just have to let you see them.

Aline Weber - Spanish Vogue July 2012

This editorial for Vogue Espana features model Aline Weber in designs from Oscar de la Renta, Hermès, Fendi, Moschino, Lanvin and others, styled by Sara Fernandez and shot by Jason Kibbler. Kevin Ryan was the hair stylist on set and he created two remarkable looks. I thought this editorial was really striking; the contrast between the masculine black and white photos and the feminine colour shots is incredible, it does not look like the same person, the thing that gives Aline away is her amazing jawline. I like how soft the masculine styled shots were while the feminine styled shots were more wild and edgy.

Born on October 6, 1984 in Poland, Magdalena was discovered when her mother sent her pictures to a Warsaw agency's modelling contest. She won, & was scouted by Darek Kumosa of Model Plus Agency. She has gone on to appear on the covers of Japanese, Italian, German, Korean, Portuguese & Russian Vogue & French Numéro as well as appearing in editorials for American, British, Spanish, Mexico/ Latin America & French Vogue, V, Pop, Harper's Bazaar, i-D & Allure. She has also been in ads for Givenchy, Lanvin, Louis Vuitton, Prada & Gianfranco Ferré.

I think it’s pretty obvious what I like most about Magdalena considering my love of cheekbones, I just love her bone structure, she has such an incredible face. In my mind, the symmetry of her face is perfect, and because she is such a good model she has learnt how to position her face so that in every picture you see of her no matter which way she is facing, her bone structure stands out. People always use the saying ‘legs for days’ to describe someone with long legs, well Magdalena has ‘cheekbones for weeks’.

Magdalena is another model I have been seeing for a while, but it was not until I saw the November 2011 issue of Vogue that I noticed what a great model she was. The pictures were so simple and in black and white but she really stood out. Under all the hair and great styling, her face structure still stole the show.

Lanvin - Resort 2013

I thought that this collection was very flattering with the sharp tailoring and loose fitting silhouettes. This collection had everything, peplums, ruffles, pleating, visors, and great accessories. I really liked the colours Alber used and I thought the styling was great. The only thing I did not like in this collection were the metallic gold and silver toned pieces. These pieces just seemed a little bit out of place in this collection, everything else was so chic and sophisticated and I just felt they did not go well with the other pieces. Below are some of my favourite looks and right at the bottom are two of the metallic pieces, what do you think?
